Saturday the 13th

That was a good day (more on that later) but the 13th. That's the main idea. Luck. Bad luck.

You know how some people CRAVE attention, as though their life depend on it? Well, I know of some.

Each time I replay the whole thing in my head, I feel the hurt, the anger, the betrayal times two. And the number of times I've replayed it? A lot. It's like. That to the power of 2. A lot of messy feelings.

Again.

High time I quit this self-doubting business. Better to doubt people than yourself. Cautious, maybe, but it beats dissapointing yourself when what you first thought was true, was.

Expectations. It's starting to be this.. scary word. I guess it never was not scary. Just that when you put things into perspective... Very different and very real. And Real almost always equates to Scary.

Yeah, the results but it's so much more than that too.

Had a HUGE (huge Earth-moving-climate-changing kinda huge) fight with The Mother yesterday. With each passing sentence, it's like the walls shook due to the sting, the volume, the intensity. Not forgetting all the eye-rolling, glares and "I'm *this* close to slapping you" looks. Went both ways, so it was pretty -again the word- scary.

But all's fine and dandy now. Well, you know how it is. The closer you are to the person, the crazier the fights. That's just love, I suppose?
